Remodelling New Employee Hiring & Onboarding For WONGDOODY

During my 3-month RISDx Agency Training at WONGDOODY. I worked with a team of three design strategist in revamping the onboarding process for WONGDOODY. We conducted extensive research into employee needs and feedback, identifying key areas for improvement in the onboarding experience. By analyzing onboarding pain points, we developed a more streamlined and engaging process that aligns with WONGDOODY's company culture and operational goals.

The revamped onboarding strategy was presented to higher-ups and is now under consideration for implementation in the company’s new hiring process. Our redesign aimed to improve new employee retention, reduce onboarding time, and ensure a more seamless transition for hires into their roles.
