WONGDOODY provides consultancy and design services to Citibank, where I led a team of 8 (designers & developers) in revamping the user experience to streamline operations for relationship managers and tellers. My role involved conducting in-depth user research, analyzing customer behaviors, and translating these insights into actionable design strategies.
