WONGDOODY oversees product development for Infosys Finacle, where my team of 20 (designers, developers and product managers) was tasked with designing the Relationship Manager (RM) dashboard. To enhance the efficiency of our design process, I collaborated with my team to build a new design system, which served as a foundation for our project. Through user research, we identified key improvements for the dashboard, allowing us to reduce the project timeline by 2 months. The final design was presented to management and is expected to significantly enhance user satisfaction and productivity. This project highlighted the importance of a strong design system in driving effective collaboration and efficient delivery.
